World Book Day
All of the children were involved in some entertaining workshops delivered by Seven Stories on Tuesday to start off our celebrations for World Book Day this week.
The whole school, children and staff, got involved in the celebrations by coming to school on Thursday dressed as their favourite book characters. There were some amazing costumes on show and winners were picked from each year group.
The classes got involved in lots of fun activities during the day. Year 2 went on a 'Book Hunt' around school in search of 'Happy Endings' which they thoroughly enjoyed.
As usual, every child received a book token to spend on a book of their choice.
