Remembrance Garden Visit
Today Year 5 and 6 went along to Saltwell Park to visit the Garden of Remembrance commemorating those who bravely gave their lives in the World Wars and more recent conflicts. The children were extremely respectful during our visit and asked some insightful and thoughtful questions. All of the children found the trip extremely interesting as it demonstrated to them the age of many of the soldiers involved in the wars.
