Reception had some visitors in their class when they arrived this morning. Some sheep and teddy bears had some to share their favourite stories with us- we spent time exploring the books and completing a book treasure hunt - we had to find lots of items in the books around the classroom and worked together to help our friends to find them all.

Mrs Deavin and Miss Thompson shared some of their favourite stories - Were Going On a Bear Hunt and Paper Dolls. We also spent time in a quiet reading den with our friends.

In the afternoon we decorated pencil cases with some of the characters from our favourite stories- what a wonderful day of reading fun!
