A couple of weeks ago Nursery received a very special delivery of caterpillars. The children have enjoyed looking after then and watching them turn into beautiful butterfly. On Friday the children released them.

Yesterday, our school council visited local charity Feeding Families as part of our ongoing work with them. They had a very important job to get ready for an exciting project we are taking part in this summer!  

Year 4 had a fantastic trip to Kirkley Hall. We explored different types of trees in the forest and discovered why they are so important for the environment. Then, we visited the zoo, learned about various animals and their habitats. We also got to touch a snake and a gecko!
