Yesterday morning, Y5 continued with their forces topic in science by looking at air resistance. We learned how air resistance is a form of friction and we investigated whether the surface area of an object affects the air resistance which acts on it. We did this by creating our own parachutes for mini figures! We then tested them out on the stairs and it was lots of fun!
