This week in Reception, we have been working hard in our literacy and maths lessons. In Literacy we used our new phonics sounds to read some sounds and labels and matched them to some items in the classroom. We had a special visit in Maths from Monty the Maths Bear – he came to show us his counting skills but we had to help him to get it right.

In PE we practised our throwing and catching with bean bags and of course, we had fun playing with our friends in our choosing time!
