Throughout this academic year both Year 5 and 6 have been lucky enough to have had some fantastic drama workshops. These workshops have been taught by the 'No Limits' Theatre group which is based in Newcastle.
The Prince's Foundation for Children & the Arts' and 'No Limits' work together to provide access to the arts for over 23,000 children.
Founded in 1995, No Limits Theatre is committed to socially inclusive projects that enable young people, disabled people and community groups to be involved in innovative theatre projects. The children have gained so much from working with such an inspiring group of people and we hope to work with them again in the future

Thank you to all the 'family men' who came into school to have fun with their child. All of the children had a really great time and got a lot from the experience. We hope you all had fun too. We look forward to seeing you in school again in the future.

Our Year 6 children have been working with Mrs McVicar to boost their literacy skills by playing lots of fun games. Many of our children have then passed on their skills to younger children in the school by becoming 'reading buddies'.
