Throughout this term our nursery children have been given the wonderful opportunity of working with the staff from 'Kidzrfit'. This has been set up through the Surestart Centre and takes place every Monday afternoon from 1.30 til 2.30pm in the main hall.
The sessions include games, music and stories that are designed to help your child build confidence and have fun at the same time.The sessions also teach the children about their bodies and the importance of being fit and healthy. Respect and social skills begin to grow as they learn to take turns, share and make friends.
Parents are encouraged to come along and participate with their child in these fun filled activities. If you would like to know more please contact either Miss Hanratty in nursery or Mrs McVicar in the main school. The sessions are open to allpreschool children (even if they do not attend our school).
